Terms & Conditions
By using AI1Design services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- Client – you or your business
- AI1Design – part of AI1Group Limited
- Services – agreed design, development, or support work
2. Scope of Work
All projects are defined by written quotes or proposals. Work outside scope is quoted separately.
3. Payment
- 50% deposit required before work begins
- Balance due before launch or delivery
- Late payments may result in suspension
4. Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, downtime, or third-party failures.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
